Dino Morea with women from CPAA
But Cinemax decided to brighten up their day and helping them in their endeavour were a number of our B-town stars… yes, the stars shone bright for these women on their special day.
A special screening of Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion kickstarted things, after which Dino Morea, Tisca Chopra, Teejay Sidhu and her husband Karn Vir Bohra, Rakhi Sawant and Shweta Pandit spent the afternoon interacting with the women, and giving them words of encouragement.
Shweta even sang for the women, and some of them sportingly got up to dance to her tunes. A mehendi designer and bangle-maker added to the fun as the women put mehendi on their hands. Girish S Wankhede from Cinemax and Chairman, CPAA Y K Sapru were also present; Sapru spoke about combating cancer and the work CPAA does for the patients.
